    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page 3, subdivision (19), line 17, after the word “(19)” by striking out the word “Agreements” and inserting the words “Standards and requirements for agreements”;

    On page 3, subdivision (20), line 19, after the word “(20)” by striking out the words “Create an alcohol or chemical” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Establish an alcohol and chemical” and on line 20, after the word “program” by inserting the words “, including standards and requirements therefor”;

    AND

    On page 10, subsection (j), line 23, after the words “Provided: That this” by striking out the word “section” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “subsection”;
